for manys years now i have so much problem with this same tenant, and housing sent out many warning letters, but he starts up again, bullying, harrassment, my door has been kicked in the past, by his friend, he has been violent to another tenant, that put him in prison for 5 months, midland heart housing association said this tenant was not coming back to his flat, but they put him back in, we have a housing recording app, that goes to housing, 4 am banging loud noises, a women downstairs with a child cant sleep, none of us cant sleep, on the 20th of october this tenant would not let me out of front door, it was so frightened for me, now today me and tenant downstairs got a phone call from housing, they cant do nothing about this tenant, i cant go downstairs without being scared of what will happen next , he has banged on my door too, kerry jenkins is going to talk to housing too, i was sexually abused at 4 years old, my fear when tenant wouldnt let me walk out that day thanks
